Ludmilla Bartscht drafts a frustrated lovers inner monologue with haunting pictural poetry.

Ludmilla Bartscht, born 1981 in Germany, studied illustration in Berlin, Lucerne and Hamburg. In Zurich she founded the comics anthology 18plus, now called Plusplus (together with Talaya Schmid, Julia Marti und Kati Rickenbach), which won a „Max und Moritz“ award. Other stories of hers were published in anthologies Stripburger and blut, as well as in her own mini-comics My Secret Diary, Blaue
Flecken, Schlaflos Ringen or Aua! Aua! Heiss! Heiss!. Her morning drawings, done within 30-50 minutes right after waking up, can be seen at her blog.
